Duik

Duik Is an add on that is used in After Effects to help the rigging process. Without this tool I do not think I could have done as well as I did. Its not a walk in the park but once you get the hang of things it can be pretty sweet, Below are photos of a test rig and my main rig, the one that I ended up using in my animation.
My first attempt  when making a rig was easier as I used very simple shapes, I also made it all in aftereffects so there was no time wasting.( could test it out straight away to see if it worked)
I believe this rig came out good but I could not get the chest and head to move like iIwanted. Saying that i did manage to create a run cycle from this rig which  I am pleased with.
